By using Hayden Affaire you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

What This Site Is

Hayden Affaire is an information directory. It aggregates publicly available listings and review counts and presents them in ranked, searchable form.

• We do not arrange, broker, solicit, or facilitate any meeting, service, or transaction between any parties.
• We are not an agency, and no person listed is an employee, agent, contractor, or representative of the operator of this website.
• We do not verify the accuracy of any listing, photograph, review count, or phone number.
• Nothing on this site is an offer or advertisement for any illegal service. Any such use is prohibited.

No Warranty and No Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We assume no responsibility or liability for any content on this site, or for any interaction that results from it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this website is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit any unlawful act.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content except as permitted by our robots.txt.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or overload the site or its infrastructure.
• Submit false reports, or use the contact and report forms to harass any person.
• Use any contact detail shown here to send bulk or automated messages.

Listing Removal

If a listing concerns you, you may have it removed: use Report or remove on the listing, or Remove a listing. You do not need to prove identity to request removal of your own listing. Once actioned, the page and its images are deleted and the address stops resolving.

Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for, and will not knowingly host, any listing involving:

• Any person under 18 years of age.
• Human trafficking, coercion, or any person who is not acting of their own free will.
• Non-consensual images, or images published without the depicted person's permission.
• Any other unlawful conduct.

Listings reported under any of these headings are reviewed ahead of all other correspondence and removed on a credible report; we do not wait for proof before taking a listing down.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

The operator of this website cooperates voluntarily with state and federal law enforcement, and complies with valid subpoenas, court orders and lawful requests for information. If you are investigating suspected trafficking or the exploitation of a minor, contact us through the contact form and identify yourself as law enforcement; we will respond as a priority.

Suspected human trafficking can be reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888, by texting 233733, or at humantraffickinghotline.org: free, confidential, 24/7. Suspected exploitation of a minor can be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. In an emergency, call 911.

We Do Not Produce This Content

The operator of this website does not create, produce, commission, photograph, film, upload, or edit any of the images or profile text on this site. Everything shown is aggregated from third-party public sources, and is reproduced as published there: it may be inaccurate, outdated, or not depict the person named.

It is our policy that no person depicted was under 18 years of age at the time the depiction was created, and we do not knowingly display any depiction of a minor. Listings are additionally filtered by a minimum age range of 21 before publication, and any listing that cannot be confirmed as meeting it is withheld.
